Using CR-Portal to make payments
CR-Portal is an online payment portal where you can make payments in a safe and secure environment. To use CR-Portal to make a payment, you must be an individual who can enter a legally binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.
You may not make a payment if you are under the age of 18 or are not authorised to enter such a contract. This website is owned and operated by Capital Resolve Ltd, a company based at Fountain Court, Vale Park, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 1LS and registered in England & Wales under number: 02856749.
All financial offers presented are invitations to treat and do not commit Capital Resolve Ltd to accepting them upon your acceptance of an offer. All one-off payments will be deemed to be accepted by Capital Resolve upon your receipt of the confirmation email from CR-Portal.
What happens when you make a payment?
We will immediately deduct the amount from your specified account. Your billing statement will indicate a payment to 'Capital Resolve Ltd'.
Refunds
There will be several circumstances whereby you will be entitled to a refund. Please contact us, quoting your Case Number, for further information.
We are committed to providing refunds within 3 working days. Refunds will be made by card payment reversal, bank transfer or cheque dependent upon the data we hold and the type of the original transaction unless requested otherwise by you.
If you need to update your account information
Telephone 01386 425 400 at least 10 business days before the next scheduled transaction for the update to take effect.
If you wish to make a complaint
To raise any issues of concern you may write to: Capital Resolve Ltd, Fountain Court, Vale Park, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 1LS quoting your Reference Number and the details of your complaint. We will aim to respond to you within 15 business days. You can also email complaints@capitalresolve.com.
Confidentiality
We will not share information we collect about you, all information provided will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
Unauthorised Use
If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately on 01386 258444. We also advise you to contact your financial institution.
Subject Access Requests
Under the UK Data Protection law, you have the right to ask us to see the personal information that we hold about you (this is known as a 'subject access request').
