We do not purchase debts, so the Data Controller would be our clients for whom we work on behalf. Where has your information been obtained from?
We could have obtained customer information from several different sources, including our clients, enabling us to fulfil our contractual requirements with them. In addition, personal data may have been provided by our customers when communicating with us.

How do we store and secure data?
We will retain your information for no longer than 6 years from the date of account closure, in accordance with the recommendations set out in the Data Protection Act. All information that you provide to us is stored on secure servers. The data that we collect from you will not be transferred to or stored anywhere outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
